Ahpi Flytende Badstue is a floating sauna in the heart of Skjervoy, where the sea meets the mountains and history whispers through the wind. Ahpi AS offers a place where adventure, culture, and authentic coastal experiences merge, rooted in the rich sea Sami heritage of the region.
The Experience
The floating sauna offers panoramic views of fjords, harbour, and mountains from the water. Warm up in the sauna, then step straight off the deck for a refreshing dip in the Arctic sea. The gentle rocking of the floating platform adds a meditative quality to the experience.
Ahpi also offers waterfront cabins (rorbuer) for accommodation and boat trips to explore the surrounding waters and coastline. The combination of sauna, sea, and Sami culture makes this a distinctive Arctic experience.
