Bodo Spektrum is northern Norway’s largest recreational complex, welcoming around 520,000 visitors each year. The spa and wellness centre houses six different saunas, each offering a unique experience: a meditation sauna with therapeutic music and aromatic scents (Rotharium), a relaxation sauna with eucalyptus steam (Tepidarium), a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, a saline cabin, and an infrared sauna.
