Lyngen Lodge is a family-owned boutique lodge hotel nestled in the Lyngen Alps in northern Norway, offering both an outdoor and indoor sauna alongside a hot tub and jacuzzi. The lodge has been delivering Arctic experiences since 2008 and provides a luxurious base for relaxation and guided adventures above the Arctic Circle.
The Experience
The outdoor sauna is set among the trees with views across the Lyngen fjord toward the dramatic Lyngen Alps — one of Norway’s most spectacular mountain ranges. After a session in the wood-fired sauna, guests can cool down in the crisp Arctic air or soak in the outdoor jacuzzi while taking in the panoramic views.
The indoor sauna offers a more sheltered option, and the lodge’s hot tub provides another way to unwind. The full-board lodge experience includes excellent cuisine prepared by the lodge’s team of chefs, making the sauna just one part of a complete Arctic retreat.
