Pust is Tromso’s premier floating sauna experience, offering the rare opportunity to enjoy a traditional wood-fired sauna while gazing out at the Arctic landscape — and during winter, the Northern Lights dancing across the sky.
The Experience
Located in Tromso harbor with views toward the iconic Arctic Cathedral and the snow-capped Lyngen Alps, Pust delivers an authentically Arctic sauna experience. The wood-fired sauna is built on a floating platform, creating a gentle rocking motion as you relax in the heat.
The highlight is the cold dip — stepping from the intense sauna heat directly into the Arctic sea. In winter, water temperatures hover around 2–4°C, creating an unforgettable contrast. Between rounds, wrap up in a towel on the deck and watch for the aurora borealis overhead.

Best Time to Visit
