Smeigedag Sauna operates multiple sauna locations across southern Norway, with their flagship location on Bystranda in Kristiansand. Perched right on the pier where the famous Palmesus festival sets its stage, the saunas offer panoramic views over the Skagerrak strait, Oksoy Lighthouse, and the beloved Drommeren statue.
The Bystranda location features two saunas named after their views: Oksoy accommodates up to 20 people for private bookings, while Drommeren is a more intimate space for up to 10 guests. Both saunas are equipped with electric heaters and modern amenities including private lockers, changing rooms, and a dedicated bathing pier with stairs leading directly into the sea.
Beyond Kristiansand, Smeigedag Sauna has expanded to locations at Kristiansand Feriesenter, Birkeland, Vennesla, Mandal, and Lillesand. A membership at 500 kr per half year gives access and discounts across all locations, making it easy to explore the southern Norwegian coastline one sauna at a time.
